Sri Lanka is a highly literate country possibly   possessing  the highest rate in Asia.

Literacy now has gained   a new meaning.  Two new letters had been added making “ IT Literacy”.

A web site for the District is a dire need for Lions every where to  gain    access to the work done in the field of Lionism.  
I wish to congratulate Lion Keerthi for establishing and maintaining this website for District 306 A 1.

I fervently hope that the members will make use of the website in the last frontier of cyber space.
